Day 3:

After breakfast an all day excursion to the famous ski resort of Engelberg is planned. This area is a skier's delight as three stages of a major Gondola lift system takes them to the top of Titus mountain at over 10.000 feet. If the weather is clear it will also be a delight for the non-skiers as there is a restaurant on top of the mountain offering a fantastic panoramic view of the land below. One can also take the so called 'Ice-Flyer' (a six seater chair lift) over a glacier or enter a 150 meter long tunnel going into the glacier. If the weather should not be ideal for sightseeing there is also the possibility of a visit to the 'Engelberg Monastery' or the interesting Cheese factory attached to the monastery.
